User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Misuse the platform
- Attempt hacking or reverse engineering
- Share login credentials
- Upload fake payment screenshots
- Tamper with Asani IoT devices
- Provide false information
Account Registration
You must:
- Provide accurate details
- Protect your login credentials
- Notify us of unauthorized access
We are not responsible for losses caused by account misuse.
Use of Services
You may use Asani to:
- Monitor water, power, gas, flow, and temperature
- Manage subscriptions
- Order water tankers
- Access utility analytics
- Install and manage IoT devices
Misuse may lead to termination or legal action.
Subscriptions & Payments
- iOS (Apple App Store)
- All billing is handled by Apple.
- Apple manages refunds and cancellations.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off.
- Android (Manual Payments)
- Users upload payment proof (screenshot/photo).
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
- Refunds require a support ticket.
Water Tanker Deliveries
You must:
- Provide the correct address and map location
- Ensure tanker access
- Be available at delivery time
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors are not Asani’s responsibility.
IoT Devices & Installations
- Devices must be installed by authorized technicians.
- Tampering voids warranty.
- Data collected is only for service improvement and functionality.
- Users must ensure a safe installation environment.
User-Generated Content
When you upload data (photos, screenshots, feedback):
- You permit us to use it for verification and support.
- It must not violate laws or third-party rights.
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Commit fraud
- Tamper with devices
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and device designs belong to Asani.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without permission.
Internal Data Sharing
Asani may share your data within the Asani Group of Companies to:
- Improve service quality
- Enhance support
- Provide unified experiences
- Optimize device and logistics operations
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate with payment gateways, analytics tools, and hosting services.
We are not responsible for their policies.
Service Availability
Service may be interrupted for:
- Maintenance
- Upgrades
- Outages
- Network failures
We are not responsible for downtime, but we strive to restore services quickly.
Hardware & Software Return/Refund Policy
- Hardware Devices
- Return/refund within 7 days if unused or defective
- Replacement offered for installation-day faults
- No refund for user-caused damage or tampering
- Installation fees are non-refundable (unless fault is ours)
- Software / Subscriptions
- iOS refunds handled by Apple
- Android refunds processed by Asani (valid cases only)
- Refunds issued within 3–10 working days
Limitation of Liability
Asani is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Device misuse
- User negligence
- Delays in tanker delivery
- Third-party service failures
- IoT device readings are affected by the environment or hardware conditions
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms or engage in fraud.
You may stop using Asani anytime.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
